Strawberry Cheesecake Bombs
- Melt 1/2 lb white candy melts (BUY HERE)
- Add 4-8 drops Lorann Cheesecake flavoring (BUY HERE)
- Make shells in XL cherry flip mold (BUY HERE) and chill 2-3 minutes in freezer just long enough to firm (use caution not to over-freeze as they will crack easily)
- Add SqueezeUm Strawberry Cheesecake candy filling (BUY HERE) approx 1/2 depth of the shell
- Add MINI Nilla Wafer (available at grocery stores)
- Cover with additional melted chocolate
- Tap on counter to level chocolate
- Place in freezer for 5-7 minutes to firm chocolate
- Makes 20 using this size mold (you can use any 1 1/2″ wide truffle style mold to fit the mini Nilla Wafers)
Other “Bomb” flavor combination suggestions (or, just check out your local grocery store for any mini cookie and let your imagination run wild!):
- milk chocolate / blueberry filling / mini Oreo cookie – scrape out the filling and use 1 cookie per bomb (these will fit in the smaller size cherry flip molds)
- dark chocolate / cherry filling / mini Chips Ahoy
- white chocolate w/ lemon oil added / lemon filling / mini lemon cookie (this would also be awesome with strawberry filling!)

How far in advance can these be made? What is the shelf life ?
Hi Nilda,
I have personally made them 2 weeks in advance – the main thing you will run into is the cookie getting a bit soft the longer it sits (as it soaks up the moisture from the filling.)
