The candy melter palette is a heated palette designed to melt candy coatings for decorating candy molds. The small portable electric palette takes approx 30 minutes to reach the temperature needed to melt candy coatings. It maintains the same even temperature from then on. Eliminates the problem of water contamination, or overheating in the microwave. Contains 10 aluminum cups that are pressure fitted and slide out for cleaning.
