Instructions

  1. Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using corn flour/icing sugar for dusting
  2. Press the plunger to add the detail.
  3. Cut out the leaf without pressing the plunger.
  4. Lift, and then press the plunger once more to eject the leaf if it lifted from the surface.

Tips

  1. To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edge of the leaf.
  2. Dust with petal or luster dusts, or paint with food color and alcohol mix, or use edible markers to add details.
  3. The leaves can be used immediately, or to create added interest, place on crinkled aluminum foil to dry.
