Pastry Rulers (Perfection Strips)

Each ruler is 18 inches long and has recessed markings for inches down to 1/16 of an inch and centimeters down to 1mm. Wash rulers in warm, soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.

This product replaces what was previously known as Perfection Strips

• Includes 2 of each:
  • Pink: 1″ wide x 18″ long x 2mm (1/16″) deep
  • Aqua: 1″ wide x 18″ long x 5mm (3/16″) deep
  • Lime: 1″ wide x 18″ long x 7mm (1/4″) deep

Create perfect thickness for:

• Cut out cookies
• Pastry dough
• Rolled fondant
• Gum paste
• Chocolate
