CLASS – Tiered Cake, May 11

Description: We will ice two tiers of cake in buttercream, and learn how to properly stack them for transportation. Once iced and stacked, we will do some various decorating techniques. (*NOTE – photo’s shown are just examples of tiered buttercream cakes made by Diane, not specific design we will be doing in class.)
What You Leave With: Completed 2 tier cake (perfect for your Mothers Day celebration the next day!)
